What is the difference between pre-made and custom?
Pre-made music already exists in our catalog and you hear it before you commit. Custom music is written to your brief when nothing existing is right. Both are licensed the same way.
Can you clear sound recording and publishing together?
Where we control both, yes, and that is the point of asking us first. Where we do not, we tell you before you build a cut around it.
Can we use it in a pitch before signing?
Not without a license. Tell us it is for a pitch and we will license it for that, so the use is covered rather than assumed.
How is a fee worked out?
By the use: where it runs, for how long, in what territory and how prominently. You get the number before you commit, not after.
